Pursuant to the provisions of Law 4990/2022 (Government Gazette A’ 210), establishing a comprehensive framework for the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 (L 30S), an Officer for the Receipt and Monitoring of Reports (O.R.M.R.) has been appointed within the HCAA.
