FLIGHT OPERATION SECTION

Responibilities:

Development of aviation legislation and standards with regard to Flight Operations.
Assessment of applications and certification of air-operators.
Continuous surveillance of air operators’ activities and assessment of their level of compliance with international, community and national aviation safety standards.
Certification of Synthetic Training Devices.
Granting of approvals to air-operators for the transportation of dangerous goods.
Coordination of the implementation of the Safety Assessment of Foreign Aircraft (SAFA).
