Pursuant to the provisions of Directive (EU) 2022/2555 (NIS2) of the European Parliament and the Council, concerning the protection of critical networks and information systems against cyber threats across the EU, and Law 5160/2024, which transposed the Directive into national law, an Information and Communications Systems Security Officer (ICSSO) has been appointed to oversee the HCAA’s compliance with the above provisions.
